1. Use more colors to make the site look less boring. The site looks a bit outdated.

2. The use of visuals (the logo on home page, the image and the banners) in the layout looks unbalanced and should be reconsidered.

3. Make sure that the homepage content always falls inside the fold, all calls to action should be immediately visible when the site is opened.
